We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Lawyer to join our legal team in Tegucigalpa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support, handling a variety of legal matters, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties in both English and Spanish.
   

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
