We´re looking for someone who can help us with the billing department.

Must be proficient in English writing and speaking.

Have experience working whit the medical field or billing department.

Familiarity with the billing software Kareo is a big plus!

Duties will include:

• Data entry (of medical codes)
• Saving the bills as PDFs and sending them to attorneys or case managers.
• Communication with law firms who are seeking their clients’ medical bills.
• Possible phone communication, but mostly email.
• Making sure the attorney has signed the lien before giving them the medical bills.
