Descripción
The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to guide and train employees. You will have a deep understanding of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
Responsibilities:
- Set performance targets and timelines that meet company plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
- Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated roles or tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and advice.
- Receive complaints and solve problems.
- Maintain the hours worked and personnel records.
- Transmit the information from senior management to employees.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
Requirements
- 90% Bilingual.
- University intern or graduate of administrative careers.
- Demonstrable experience as a supervisor or in a related position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional leadership and organization skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
