TITULO DEL PUESTO: Auxiliar de apoyo operativo "Mecanismos de Respuesta ante Denuncias"

ESTACION DE TRABAJO (Ciudad/País): Tegucigalpa, Honduras

DURACION: 12 meses

ANTECEDENTES Y PROPOSITO DE LA ASIGNACION:

Llevar a término procesos de apoyo operativo estándar en relación con la esfera profesional específica, con el fin de facilitar la prestación eficaz de servicios.

El candidato deberá operar la línea de denuncias propiedad del PMA, y deberá registrar y darle seguimiento a cada una de las reclamaciones recibidas hasta ser cerradas. Este nivel, el trabajo se lleva a cabo con supervisión mínima. Los titulares deben realizar un trabajo organizado y preciso, encargándose de actividades específicas de apoyo operativo. Cabe también la posibilidad de que proporcionen orientación sobre prácticas estándar a funcionarios menos experimentados en su esfera de actividad.

RESPONSABILIDADES: 1. Operar la línea de denuncias del PMA en todo momento la línea deberá estar disponible para recibir reclamaciones. 2. Generar una base de datos semanales de las reclamaciones recibidas con su respectivo log de información y estado de la denuncia. 3. Deberá organizar, asignar y darle seguimiento a la denuncia recibida con el punto focal determinado por el comité con el líder para la resolución de las reclamaciones. 4. Asegurar comunicar las resoluciones a todos los interesados y a los denunciantes en caso de aplicar por temas de confidencialidad.

PRODUCTOS AL FINAL DEL CONTRATO: Base de datos de reclamaciones al día. SOP del mecanismo de quejas establecido.

CALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:

Educación:

Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria.

Experiencia:

Cuatro años como mínimo de experiencia profesional con responsabilidades cada vez mayores en la esfera operativa correspondiente, y experiencia en tareas administrativas de carácter general.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

• Competencia en el empleo de equipo de oficina y paquetes informáticos, como Microsoft Word.

• Conocimiento de las tareas y métodos de trabajo cotidianos con el fin de finalizar los procesos con supervisión mínima.

• Tacto y cortesía para intercambiar información con una gran variedad de personas.

•  Capacidad para detectar discrepancias de datos y resolver los problemas que requieren atención.

•   Capacidad para ofrecer orientación o capacitación básica en la línea de denuncias de la oficina de país.

 

Idiomas:

Fluidez en Español hablado y escrito.
