What You'll Do:
- Partner with Senior Business Analysts to understand requirement methodologies
- Gain the ability to look at a data set, analyze, and draw bigger conclusions
- Collaborate and communicate well internally and client facing
- Learn key fundamentals of the insurance industry to help you build the foundation you need to produce quality requirements for software implementations
- Develop a key understanding of Agile methodologies
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and effectively translate those into requirements
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts, Development, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle
What You'll Bring:
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
