We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a high level of English proficiency (C1) for a full-time remote position. This role requires a 40-hour work week.

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately input data into our system to keep our operations smooth.
• Engage in effective communication with your team to ensure all are on the same page.
• Provide top-tier customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Assist in managing logistics to keep our workflow efficient.

Please note that as an independent contractor, you will be responsible for making your own contributions to local or state government, which may include income taxes, social security, health insurance, among others.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Excellent typing skills and familiarity with data entry software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Experience working with U.S.-based companies is mandatory for this position.
