Healthcare company seeks Customer services representatives. Position requires day-to-day office administration,answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and communicating with the patients.
Requirements:
Bilingual C1
1 Year of experience as customer service agent /representative
Location: San Pedro Sula
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5pm CST (American calendar)
Key responsabilities
Provide detailed coverage breakdowns, compare plans, and show service-specific coverage
Confirm site legitimacy, security, and compliance with HIPAA and ACA standards.
Determine patient qualification for plans based on age, income, employment, and residency.
Retrieve and validate patient data for accurate claims and billing.
Confirm real-time coverage status, effective dates, and plan type
Calculate expected costs for procedures or visits based on plan details and location.
