• 1 year of experience with US companies

Functions:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Administer employee benefits, maintain HR records, and ensure accurate HRIS data management.
• Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while maintaining proper documentation.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational effectiveness.
