  • About the role

The purpose of this role is to develop and strengthen Monitoring and Evaluation systems to allow for effective, accurate reporting for decision making and project implementation. Also, It will contribute to building the Central America team and partner capacity to develop and use approaches to monitoring and evaluation for effective project implementation for results. Encourage active knowledge management and organisational learning needs using Monitoring and Evaluation findings.

  • About you

You have experience of monitoring and evaluation and Project/programme-cycle management approaches and tools – including participatory planning. You understand reporting requirements of institutional donors such as EU, USAID, etc., as well as familiarity with Microsoft Packages i.e. Outlook, word, excel. You have hands-on experience of monitoring and supporting community-based development programmes. You have experience of using a database, particularly a Monitoring and Evaluation database or system. You have experience in coaching or training others on systems and processes. You have good written and spoken English.
