Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and reviews candidates who apply through Workday or other platforms used by Eleos; screens applications, resumes, and credentials to verify skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Evaluates candidate qualifications through effective phone or video interviews and presents finalists to providers for interviews or shadowing.
- Actively sources passive candidates and leverages innovative sourcing strategies to attract the right talent for each role.
- Provides continuous support to providers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partners closely with providers and team leaders to understand their needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
- Tracks the status and progress of open positions, suggesting alternative sourcing approaches when needed.
- Identifies and participates in job fairs, university partnerships, and networking events that support Eleos' growth goals.
- Approaches all responsibilities with a strong customer service mindset, recognizing the HR team as a strategic support function within the organization.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment; healthcare or clinical recruitment experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse audiences and all leadership levels.
- Strong technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced candidate sourcing tools and techniques.
- High sense of responsibility, proactive follow-up, and urgency.
- Results-driven, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) – both written and spoken – is required.
