Services company seeks a Business developer representative with experience in SALES

Any experience in Sales, leads generation and new clients
Location: Remote HONDURAS

Schedule: Monday to Thursday,  5 hours in the morning 

Salary: 450 USD con contrato permanente / 550 USD Contractor 

Key requeriments: 

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales development, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related cold-calling role
• English B2+ / C1

Key responsabilities 

• Manage and respond to leads within the assigned coverage pool.
• Contact prospective clients and schedule 30-minute discovery calls.
• Follow up with leads who do not respond, cancel, or miss their appointment.
• Lead and guide discovery calls using the client’s established sales process and questioning framework.
• Ask the appropriate questions to understand the prospect’s needs and determine the next step.
• Complete all required intake and discovery forms accurately.
• Send the appropriate follow-up email after each discovery call.
• Enter and maintain accurate lead information in Streak CRM.
• Update lead stages, call notes, contact information, next steps, and follow-up dates.
• Work within Gmail and the client’s Google-based systems.
• Maintain organized calendars and ensure leads receive timely communication.
• Manage the full process until the lead is ready to be handed off to the appropriate person.

• Provide accurate data entry and administrative support throughout the process.
