Position Summary: 

The Project Manager (PM-Tree)-Expanding EcoAgriculture will serve in accordance with Sustainable Harvest International’s (SHI) vision, mission, values, goal, objectives, policies, and procedures. The Project Manager will lead coordination of the Tree Project focused on eco-agribusiness, agroforestry systems and actions related to market system approach within SHI. She/ he will lead project design, implementation, and resource leverage at the local level and ensure technical support to meet the local needs in line with the project framework and the collaboration with respective local partner organizations, producer´s organizations, business development services, and public and private sector stakeholders.
The Project Manager (PM-Tree) will provide a leadership, decision-making and coordinating role on operations and administrative management, and be responsible for the quality and timeliness of the Tree-project action plan in coordination with the Project team, regional program team, SHI country team in Honduras, and others as necessary.
This position will also provide technical guidance for effective implementation in coordination with other thematic leads to ensure supply chain, market system development and development of eco-agribusiness initiatives aspects of the project are impactful. She/he will provide continuous technical backstopping to project/program partners to make the project impactful.
This position will report to the Director of Program and Partnerships. This role will closely coordinate with the Country Director in Honduras, the Program Impact Manager, Finance Coordinator, the Executive Director and the International Board of Directors of SHI-International.
